Talk2Grow™ is a learning and development brand based in Bengaluru, India. We are learning partners for growing organisations that recognise the role people skills play in business success. We work with SMEs and corporate teams to address everyday people management challenges, ranging from communication gaps and low ownership to leadership readiness and collaboration issues.
Through customised, outcome-driven soft skills programs, we help organisations build confident teams and capable leaders who can manage people better, work together effectively, and support the organisation’s growth as it scales.

Our Founder
Huzefa Hakim is a certified corporate soft skills trainer with expertise in communication, career development, and leadership training. He is also a certified public speaker with Toastmasters International and has won multiple accolades across prepared and impromptu speaking contests.
Growing up as an introverted child, he often felt uncomfortable initiating social interactions at school, despite being confident on stage. This contrast helped him realise that unaddressed personal experiences can quietly limit one’s potential. During his higher studies, he consciously worked on his ability to reflect, learn, and communicate more effectively, an effort that eventually shaped his approach to learning and development.
Today, he has trained over 3,500 students and working professionals across renowned institutions and organisations, including CHRIST (Deemed to be) University, Deloitte, Elemica, and the Singapore Institute of Technology. Known for his ability to identify growth gaps and guide individuals through them, he is widely recognised for his facilitation, mentorship, and people-first approach to learning
