What makes us special

The T2G Arcade

What if workplace learning felt as engaging as the games we grew up playing?

The T2G Arcade is Talk2Grow’s signature series of facilitation-led learning games designed to help corporate teams experience soft skills in action and not just discuss them. Each game is carefully structured to combine fun, reflection, and application. Participants engage in high-energy activities, followed by guided debriefs that connect game behaviours to real workplace realities such as communication breakdowns, leadership gaps, collaboration issues, and accountability challenges.

Childhood games with a professional twist

Familiar games such as Lagori (Seven Stones), Kabaddi, etc., are blended with workplace soft-skill challenges to make learning engaging, relatable, and memorable.

A balance of fun, reflection, and learning

Each activity combines high-energy participation with guided reflection, helping teams connect in-game behaviours to real workplace situations.

High-impact, experience-driven interventions

Fast-paced and immersive formats ensure learning stays with the teams, driving stronger recall, better engagement, and behavioural change.

Post-Training Program

At Talk2Grow, we believe training does not end when the session concludes. In fact, that marks only 50% of the work done. The real impact comes from ensuring that learning translates into visible behavioural change at the workplace; change that managers and decision-makers can clearly observe and measure.

Our 45–60 day Post-Training Program is designed to bridge this gap between learning and application. After the training, participants continue to stay engaged through structured, on-the-job tasks that reinforce key behaviours in real work situations. Weekly feedback and reviews help participants stay accountable, while progress and outcomes are tracked and shared with leadership, ensuring the training delivers tangible, business-relevant results.

Week 1
Behaviour in Action

Participants begin applying key learning concepts through structured workplace tasks. These assignments encourage conscious practice of communication, collaboration, and leadership behaviours.

Week 2
Reflection & Feedback

Participants review their experiences from the first set of tasks and receive feedback from peers or accountability partners. This step helps reinforce learning and correct behavioural gaps early.

Week 3
Strengthening Application

Participants continue applying behaviours through new task formats that encourage deeper workplace application and stronger team collaboration.

Week 4
Engagement Reset

The program format shifts slightly to introduce fresh activities or reflections. This keeps participants motivated and prevents the process from becoming routine.

Week 5-6
Final Progress Review

Participants reflect on their journey, key behavioural changes, and workplace impact. Outcomes and observations can be shared with leadership to demonstrate training effectiveness.
