These bundles are shaped by common challenges faced by those in positions of authority, which we have observed across industries and are further customised to align with your organisation’s expectations from its leaders.

The Tech Changemakers - IT leaders

A program focused on helping the leaders develop high-performing teams in the tech world through a five-step framework that includes the following
Knowing → Understanding → Communicating →Building Trust → Fostering Collaboration

Key Skills Covered:

a) Emotional Intelligence
b) Communication
c) The T dynamics – Trust building and Team Management
d) Delegation, Accountability and Critical Thinking

In addition to these, 2-3 topics can either be added or they can be replaced with higher concern ones based on the organisational need (like Transformational leadership and Servant leadership, to name a few)

Duration:

General: 12 hours
Specific: Flexible depending on organization need

The Smiling Executives - HORECA leaders

A leadership program focused on transforming the working style of HORECA leaders (senior management, line managers and departmental heads) by identifying gaps in their teams, finding the right resources to fill those gaps and closing the same by serving as catalysts for their teams

Key Skills Covered:

a) Leadership Observation & Innovation
b) Assertive Communication
c) The T dynamics – Trust building and Team Management
d) The Art of Delegation & Accountability

In addition to these, 2-3 topics can either be added or they can be replaced with higher concern ones based on the organisational need

Doctors of Transformation - Healthcare leaders

A leadership program aimed at upskilling the departmental heads, managerial level employees and senior management in healthcare companies with essential skills that can reduce the load on the staff/employees in their teams through delegation, accountabilty as well as diversity & inclusion-based initiatives
