Our most basic intervention begins with an 8-hour program, usually delivered over four weeks with sessions of around 2 hours each week. We design our programs this way because meaningful learning requires time for reflection and practice; it doesn’t happen overnight.
Yes, but the learning process continues during that time. Participants are given weekly on-the-job tasks that help them apply what they learned in real workplace situations. Their progress is reviewed in the following session before moving on to the next topic.
We can certainly plan a one-day program if that’s what your organisation requires. However, it’s important to note that deep behavioural change rarely happens in a single day. Many of our clients face real people-management challenges that require consistent practice and reinforcement, which is why we usually recommend a longer intervention.
The tasks are designed based on your organisation’s industry, challenges, and the training topics covered. These may include activities such as structured team discussions, workplace communication exercises, or solving simulated organisational scenarios that encourage participants to apply their learning in practical ways.
Yes. We conduct pre-training and post-training assessments to track the progress made during the program. Additionally, if your organisation has specific KPIs or performance indicators, we align the training tasks with those metrics to monitor behavioural improvement and share progress updates with you.
Most of our programs are conducted offline, as in-person sessions typically lead to better engagement and participation. However, if circumstances require it, we can also design and deliver virtual interventions.
Not at all. Our sessions are designed to be highly interactive. Roughly 40% of the program focuses on concepts and frameworks, while the remaining 60% involves facilitation-based activities, discussions, simulations, and gamified exercises that encourage participants to think, reflect, and apply what they learn.
The investment for our programs depends on factors such as the number of participants, program duration, customisation requirements, and post-training support. Once we understand your team’s challenges through an initial discussion, we recommend a suitable intervention and share a detailed proposal.
